Join Michelle Berlin for a big dose of self-love in this delicious workshop! Thai Yoga bodywork comes from the lineage of Buddha and focuses on "metta" or loving kindness. This practice teaches us those qualities by connecting through the art of giving and receiving by combining passive yoga stretches, acupressure, traction and joint therapy, and relaxation techniques with an emphasis on destressing for these busy times. Open to all levels, no experience or partner necessary.
